Senate Panel to Consider Nomination for DEP Secretary
Harrisburg –
The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee, chaired by Sen. Mary Jo
White (R-21), has scheduled a public hearing to consider the nomination of John
Hanger as Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection.
The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, April 1, 2009 beginning at 9:00 AM in Hearing Room
1, North Office Building of the state Capitol complex in Harrisburg. Acting
Secretary Hanger will appear before the Committee to respond to questions from
members of the panel.
