Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee to Consider Marcellus Shale Impact Fee

Harrisburg – The Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee, chaired by Sen. Mary Jo White (R-21), will meet Tuesday to consider legislation imposing a natural gas impact fee in Pennsylvania.

The committee will meet Tuesday, June 14 at 10 a.m. in the Senate Majority Caucus Room to consider Senate Bill 1100. Senator White will offer an amendment.

The committee will also consider the nomination of Bernard Labuskes, Jr. to the Environmental Hearing Board.
